Robert Weil 羅伯威爾酒莊享有德國最高等級五串葡萄的容譽，位於萊茵高(Rheingau) 區，它是德國最重要及聲譽富載的產區，早在六世紀時就聞名全歐，酒莊創始人Dr. Robert Weil為法國索邦大學的德語教授，在1870年的普法戰爭時被迫使離開巴黎回到德國，1868 年Weil 博士在Kiedrich購買了他的第一個葡萄園，1875年建立了羅伯威爾酒廠，98%以種植Riesling 為主，2%為 Spätburgunder(Pinot Noir)。他為自家酒莊奠定了良好的基礎，而且很迅速地就建立了卓越的聲譽。在十九世紀末、二十世紀初，本酒莊的產品曾經風靡了許多歐洲的王室。目前掌舵者為第四代的Wilheim Weil 先生是個積極進取主事者，也讓酒廠於1997年獲得 Gault Millau 葡萄酒指南的年度風雲釀酒師!
目前酒莊有65公頃的葡萄園，種植的葡萄幾乎都是麗絲玲(98 %)，另有2 % 的Spatburgunder (即Pinot Noir)。羅伯．威爾酒莊擁有德國最頂尖的名園之一的「伯爵山園(Grafenberg)」，數百年來都名列萊茵高最頂尖的名園之中。
現在他們的葡萄園採行環保的耕種法：採用有機肥料，在田埂間種植一些綠色植被以增加土壤中的腐植質，絕對不使用除草劑，嚴格地修剪枝葉以控制產量、開花之後的疏果、必要時剪除多餘的葉子和果實，；最重要的一點，本酒莊釀造上的種種技術都是在確保來自葡萄園的高品質收成能夠表現反映在最終完成的產品上。富含礦物質風味的板岩土壤賦予了Robert Wei l麗絲玲白酒的招牌風格：高雅複雜，帶有顯著的水果味，以及其他豐富的香味!

The Wines of Weingut Robert Weil Reisling Tradition 2014 Offer:
Tasting Note: Weil’s new Tradition-range assembles the off-dry Rieslings like this slightly sweet Gutswein that was harvested like the dry brother with 84° Oechsle but was stopped fermenting with 29 grams per liter of residual sugar and at an alcohol level of 10.5%. The resulting wine is a delicate, elegant and well balanced mix of typical Rheingau spiciness and yellow-fleshed fruits. The piquant attack on the palate is followed by a juicy, racy and stimulating, salty finish. This is a lovely wine to quaff or to match with many kinds of crossover food.

The Wines of Weingut Robert Weil Reisling Trocken 2014 Offer: (不甜 – 干白)
333 Tasting Note: Robert Weil’s 2014 Riesling trocken offers a very clear, precise and aromatic white peach aroma that is already quite upfront. The wine is intense and racy on the palate, with power and juiciness but also a coolish soul on both nose and palate. This is small, dry Spätlese that was picked with 87° Oechsle, and its racy acidity is well buffered by the mineral extract. Impressive and already enjoyable.

The Wines of Weingut Robert Weil Reisling Kabinett 2014 Offer:
Tasting Note: The 2014 Rheingau Riesling Kabinett is intense and stony on the nose, quite ripe but less crystalline than the Tradition that seems to be more Kabinett than this; this wine is quite sweet, concentrated, more Spätlese and quite rich at the moment. There is just one chance to get the Kabinett style back here: store it for 6-10 years. An excellent wine, but not yet with the drinkability of the Tradition.
