極力以嚴格品管釀製高品質德白的 Gunderloch 酒莊 – 成立於 西元1890 年，至今已有一百多年的釀酒歷史,當時是由銀行家 Carl Gunderloch 所建立，傳承到現在的莊主是第五代 Agnes Hasselbach-Usinger，她的先生 Fritz Hasselbach 擔任主要釀酒師；兩人1979年起接手 Gunderloch 酒莊之後，現在已經被公認是萊茵黑森最頂尖的生產者之一。極力以嚴格品管釀製高品質頂尖德國葡萄酒 擁有德國最頂尖的名園之一的「Nackenheim Rothenberg 」，數百年來都名列萊茵高最頂尖的名園之中。
Gunderloch 的酒質特色是均衡而溫潤，酒質不是強勁風格卻能打動人心， Gault & Millau Weinguide 給予此酒莊“Excellent producer” 四串葡萄級酒莊的高度評價。本酒莊同時也列入在陳新民教授的著作「酒緣彙述」中有特別介紹!
現在他們大力推行環保的耕種法：使用有機肥料，絕對不使用除草劑，嚴格地修剪枝葉以控制產量、開花之後的疏果、必要時剪除多餘的葉子和果實，；最重要的一點，全部以人力耕作採收，限量生產，讓每瓶酒均達到呈現出酒體濃郁且果香奔放優質表現!! 本酒莊釀造上的種種技術都是在確保來自葡萄園的高品質收成能夠表現反映在最終完成的產品上。富含礦物質風味的板岩土壤賦予了高雅複雜，帶有顯著的水果味，以及其他豐富的香味!

The Wines of Weingut Gunderloch Jean-Baptiste Riesling “Kabinett”2015 Offer:
Tasting Note: Flinty and fresh on the nose, with a bright and stony fruit aroma, the 2015 Riesling Kabinett Feinherb Jean Baptiste is light and filigreed, round and piquant, as well as refreshingly salty in the finish. A delicious Kabinett. “We always try not to prejudge results, but to our great joy, this year’s harvest was almost a dream,” writes Johannes Hasselbach, shortly after he finished the 2015 harvest. “2015 blessed us with 20 awesome picking-days: cool nights, which stabilized the acidity and minimized the infection risks were followed by dry and warm days that were not too hot, and led to beautifully ripe fruit aromas at moderate sugar levels.”
Lots of smoky notes to the powerful baked apple and ripe pear flavors. Plum and white cherry on the spicy and slightly honeyed finish. 4,000 cases made.

The Wines of Weingut Gunderloch Nackenheim Rothenberg Riesling “Spaetlese” 2014 Offer:
Tasting Note: Clear, pure and mineral on the nose, with flinty, iron-flavored lemon aromas and oriental spice flavors on the nose opens the 2014 Nackenheim Rothenberg Riesling Spätlese. This wine was made entirely from ripe, healthy grapes. Light, very sweet (85 grams per liter of residual sugar!) and piquant on the palate, this is a salty, mineral and tension-filled Spätlese with just 7.5% alcohol, lots of finesse and a salty finish. Lean and straight, with grip and stimulating tension, but the wine will become even better in ten years
A firm and elegant style, with plenty of zesty acidity behind the pear tart, apple pastry and buttercream flavors. Hints of custard and allspice add to the complexity. The plush finish is rich. Drink now through 2030. 200 cases made.

The Wines of Weingut Gunderloch Nackenheim Rothenberg Riesling “Auslese” 2014 Offer:
Tasting Note: Johannes Haselbachs citrus-colored 2014 Nackenheim Rothenberg Riesling Auslese, made from 100% botrytis grapes from “our best 20 rows in one of the steepest parts of the site,” displays a clear and spicy/mineral bouquet with grapefruit and lemon flavors. There are also some tropical fruit aromas (pineapples), herbs and red slate. Round, very sweet (128 grams per liter of unfermented sugar), piquant and concentrated, this is an intense, mouth-filling and yet very elegant Rothenberg Auslese. It possesses lots of salt, finesse and a lush, very sensual fruit. A bit bitter on the palate and in the finish, though. Very good ageing potential.
Unctuous, rich and seductively sweet, this oozes with glazed apricot, baked pear and apple cobbler flavors. Offers a lacy texture, with a mouthfilling creaminess. The endless finish features notes of lavender and honeysuckle. This really sings and should gain with age. Drink now through 2042. 100 cases made.
