師法經典布根地: 莊主Steve曾於知名酒莊Ridge工作後，引領加州 Chardonnay白酒登上名酒高峰，他的釀酒作法以勃根地為師，整串壓榨，使用野生和人工酵母發酵，過程中讓酵母水解來增加酒體豐厚感與複雜，之後用法國小橡木桶陳年，新桶比約為50%-75%，不過濾不澄清，陳年實力極佳，早期 Kistler 口感濃郁集中，成熟豐富的果香，讓它儼然成為加州白酒代言人，近幾年釀酒風格開始轉變為酒體略為細瘦，增添了幾許細膩且高雅!

Robert Parker Tasting Notes: The 2015 Chardonnay McCrea Vineyard features enticing notes of ripe grapefruit, white peaches and lime leaves with nuances of baking bread, fresh ginger and coriander seed. Medium to full-bodied, richly fruited and delivering a decadent oiliness to the texture, it fills the palate with citrus and stone fruit layers, finishing long and spicy.
Wine Enthusiast Tasting Notes: With an underlying richness, this medium-bodied white never forgets about its throughput of acidity, allowing for an undeniable crispness on the palate. Floral on the nose in apple and orange blossom, it shows a stony character that speaks to mineral components like oystershell and rock.
McCrea Vineyard 邁克雷葡萄園，來自Sonoma Mountains 山區 ，是Kistler台灣市場極為少見品項，土質屬於石灰岩與火山岩的混合，釀造出酒莊最細緻多變的單一葡萄園夏多內，帶有些Chablis Grand Cru白花香與萊姆花香，成熟的熱帶果香和Kistler 固有榛果氣息，如同Grand Cru 複雜多層次酒體，漂亮的酸度，尾韻悠長，近兩年WA都給予他95的高分好評，『低調雅緻』和 絕美『Chablis Grand Cru』。
