Jacques – Frederic Mugnier 【慕尼耶酒莊】位於勃根地 Chambolle Musigny 村內，與 George Roumier、Comte de Vogue 等為 Chambolle Musigny 村內最高品質的精英酒莊代表，現任莊主 Fredy Mugnier 原本是為一位石油工程師，他在 西元1985 年接管酒莊。酒廠自行管理的地塊大部分位於 Chambolle Musigny 村內，擁有如 Musigny、Bonne Mares、Les Amoureauses 等令人垂涎不已的頂尖葡萄園。Mugnier 的風格兼具優雅與力道，口感豐富多變，又具有 Chambolle Musigny 的細膩精巧， Fredy Mugnier 向來以 Musigny Grand Cru 和 Amoureuses 1st 為愛侶作為旗艦代表作，再來就是以 Nuits St. Georges為主，尤其今天要介紹的【獨佔一級園的 Clos de la Meréchale 元帥夫人】
今天就是【慕尼耶酒莊】最具重量級 【獨佔一級園的 Clos de la Meréchale 元帥夫人】，事實上 Jacques – Frederic Mugnier 擁有一塊位於 Nuits-St-Georges Clos de la Meréchale 【一級Monopole元帥夫人獨佔園】長期租給勃根地重量級 Faiveley 酒商 ，長達五十年租借合約時間， 終於在 2004年租借合約一到期. J–F . Mugnier 馬上將 Clos de la Meréchale 【一級Monopole元帥夫人獨佔園】 收回自家管理釀酒經營，。酒質可說是跳躍式大幅度提升精進，多了 Chambolle Musigny 細膩的優雅風格，更有 Nuits-St-Georges 強勁紮實飽滿酒體，黑色果實的香氣、稠密的口感與扎實的單寧，層次間亦展現多汁柔軟的果味。
Fredy Mugnier 跟其它 Nuits-St-Georges 酒莊最大不同，就是 Fredy Mugnier 他採用 Chambolle Musigny 酵母去做釀製，其目的就是能讓他的酒質多了 Chambolle Musigny 細膩的優雅風格，更有 Nuits-St-Georges 強勁紮實飽滿酒體，黑色果實的香氣、稠密的口感與扎實的單寧，層次間亦展現多汁柔軟的果味。 表現出 Clos de la Meréchale 【元帥夫人獨佔園】這塊與生俱來的獨佔一級園葡萄園地風土原生條件。
Fredy 對葡萄的篩選極為細膩，他會儘量讓葡萄保持完整不破皮的狀態入罐，發酵在自然酵母的作用下開始，持續三周時間。酒液在輕度烘烤的橡木桶中陳年18個月的時間，新桶的比例不分級別基本都在20%左右。酒莊一個與眾不同的做法是，壓榨汁會在裝瓶前被決定是否和自流汁的陳釀進行調配，如同效仿勃根地天王 Domaine Romanee Conti 酒莊，將橡木桶木材原料買回後，自然風乾放置三年後，才會開始製桶儲酒。

J – Frederic Mugnier Nuits-St-Georges 1er Cru Clos de la Meréchale 2013Robert Parker Tasting Notes: .Tasted blind at the Burgfest 2014 tasting, the 2014 Nuits Saint-Georges 1er Cru Clos de la Maréchale from Jacques-Frédéric Mugnier showed just a touch of volatile acidity on the nose but nothing to get too worried about. It just renders the aromatics more feisty and perhaps more feral than its peers, and after ten minutes there is a touch of unwanted brettanomyces coming through. The palate is medium-bodied with light tannin, plenty of lively and quite tensile red fruit that leads to a linear, slightly conservative finish that just needs to gain more flesh and personality. Tasted September 2017.
Stephen Tanzer Tasting Notes: “(15% new oak; Mugnier made an approximation of the final blend): Bright, dark red. Sexy aromas of red cherry liqueur and spices. Sappy and rich for this cuvée, conveying lovely mineral thrust to the red fruit flavors. Finishes perfumed and very long, with fine-grained tannins and serious breadth. A lovely example of this wine, but Mugnier says the 2005 is still the best vintage for Clos de la Maréchale, nothing that “it’s showing well now even if it’s still young.”” -Stephen Tanzer, Jan 2016
Clos de la Meréchale 在1964年開始種植葡萄，樹齡平均約在55~60歲，這款酒一般通常要等到5~10年等待，才慢慢展現出經典迷人的花香氛芳， 尤其是這瓶酒的花香的香氣是令人持續難忘，且會深刻記憶住，可以感受到鷲尾花和覆盆莓的香氣相互交替，2014年份喝起來圓滿多汁，帶有果醬美秒的風味 !
