Domaine Pierre Damoy是夜丘區的大酒莊，擁有Gevrey-Chambertin 頂頂有名的三個特級園：Chambertin、Chambertin Clos de Beze、Chapelle-Chambertin，樹齡從1920年至2000年期間 (20歲至80歲老藤)，共有10.48 ha的葡萄園，人稱 “Mr. Grand Cru”。現有的 10.5 公頃地裡有 8 公頃是特級葡萄園，其中又以 5.36 公頃、由前莊主 Pierre Damoy 父親種於1920年的特級園 Clos de Beze V.V. 最為出名。(年產量僅三桶，非常稀罕難尋)。酒廠以生產三個特級園：Chambertin、Chambertin Clos de Beze、Chapelle-Chambertin聞名。
莊主Pierre Damoy 與祖父開莊莊主同名，於1992年接手酒莊，葡萄園以自然方式犁田去除雜草，延遲採收時間使葡萄更成熟，嚴格修剪整枝以控制產量，運用人工摘採葡萄的方式，仔細挑選剔除品質不佳的葡萄，釀酒則先經過10天的冷浸泡以萃取物質，再開始二周的酒精發酵，不過濾、不澄淨，依等級放入40% 至70% 新桶裡培養後裝瓶。該酒莊在1999年被Robert Parker發現並推薦後，酒價即水漲船高。香氣優雅且細膩，酒質口感豐富且多變化是Domaine Pierre Damoy的特色，在著名的布根地酒評網站裡，本酒莊紅酒都獲得極高的評價，洗鍊而集中，現代風格的華麗濃郁中交錯著Terroir風土的細膩和獨,其表現相當優異! 更是被列入了「The great domaines of Burgundy」書中推薦的酒莊之一…..相當精通布根地酒的 Burghound (簡稱BH) 以及 Steve Tanzer 都給予這些酒非常好的評價!
