波爾多光輝自傲的 2009年 – 2009年 La Lagune 對酒莊是一個驚人的壯舉，只以釀出高細膩且飽滿的好酒為目標!!
Château La Lagune 的歷史始於西元十六世紀，當時正處於亨利四世的統治之下，圍海造田的荷蘭技師們開始在這片填海而得的土地上種植葡萄樹。並在1855年被評定為「三級酒莊」的榮譽稱號。在西元1950年代，Château La Lagune 與大多數葡萄園一樣，無法抵禦戰爭、經濟危機和1956年的嚴重的霜凍危害。1985年，當 George Brunette 買下這座酒莊時，只剩少數幾公頃的葡萄園還有生產力。他實施了一個大範圍的改革計畫，擴展了莊園與葡萄藤的重新移植並建立現代化的釀酒廠，讓葡萄藤回復到優良的生長狀態,葡萄園現在的種植面積為80公頃，土壤為覆蓋在第四世紀的砂礫土上的沙質土和碎石的混合土壤。種植葡萄比例：60%卡本內蘇維濃、30%梅洛和10%小維鐸。葡萄樹平均樹齡25年，種植密度為6,500株/公頃，平均單產在4000-4500升/公頃。栽培法上，增加葉片受光面；按照每一塊葡萄地的條件調整操作工作；謹慎計算出適當的有機與無機化合物的添加量；傳統的栽培方法;短枝修剪法(每株葡萄樹上保留六串葡萄)；除去多餘的芽，除去次枝、疏果，並在葡萄成熟期間進行疏葉。
Chateau La Lagune 手工採摘。採摘之後，葡萄就在發酵室中進行篩選、去梗，然後對葡萄進行輕輕的碾壓。不同地塊的葡萄分在許多大小不同的發酵桶內發酵。酒精發酵是在幾天的浸泡之後開始的。經過了兩個星期的酒精發酵之後，自流酒在大酒桶中進行蘋果酸乳酸發酵(壓榨酒在小橡木桶中進行)。橡木桶陳釀採用55%的新桶，45%的上一個年份的舊桶，持續約18個月的時間。
2000年 瑞士金融財團 Frey 家族開始接手後，在由女主人Caroline Frey 重新呈現酒莊的風格，其酒質圓潤豐厚強壯，散發出香草香氣及黑莓、黑櫻桃和橡木桶芳香，優雅細膩內斂與風韻並存，引領出均衡優雅溫潤的風格。然而既有 Pomerol 區又有 Graves 區的風格，完全稱得上是一瓶物超所值的頂尖作品，更是波爾多光輝自傲的2009年 !

Chateau La Lagune 2009 拉拉貢堡【三級酒莊】Robert Parker Tasting Notes : It is not unusual that the 2009 La Lagune is a spectacular effort given the fact that this estate has been making terrific wines over the last decade or more. (2009年 La Lagune 對酒莊是一個驚人的壯舉,以釀出高細膩且飽滿的好酒為目標) It boasts a dense purple color as well as a beautiful perfume of blueberries, mulberries, cassis, white chocolate and subtle toasty oak. Notes of Chinese black tea, cedarwood and forest floor also make an appearance in the singular aromatic and flavor profiles. This sumptuous, full-bodied La Lagune possesses low acidity, abundant but ripe, sweet tannin and a long, 45-second finish. Give this beauty 5-7 years of bottle age and drink it over the following three decades. (酒體飽滿且低酸度,甜美細膩單寧,尾韻結束可長達約45秒,最少讓它在瓶中繼續陳年5-7年以上,甚至可達三十年之久! )
Wine Spectator Tasting Notes: Floral and precise fruit, with blackberry-skin character and mineral undertones. Full-bodied, with superfine tannins and a fresh, clean finish. Long and tight. Racy. Lovely texture. 60 percent Cabernet Sauvignon, 25 percent Merlot and 15 percent Petit Verdot. This property is really on a roll now, delivering racy and structured reds; it gives much more freshness and character to the wine. Score range: 96 Points
