在西元1971年Von Neipperg家族在法國的聖艾美倫 Saint-Emilion 買下了Canon La Gaffelière, La Mondotte, Clos de l’Oratoire 和 Château Peyreau。1983年交由專精於經濟學、管理學和農學的Stephan von Neipperg 管理。從每一塊土地到葡萄種植與葡萄酒釀造、陳年，甚至市場行銷到國際貿易他都親自參與了解。過去10年，Clos de L’Oratoire 都有90分以上的高分，顯示 Stephan von Neipperg 先生努力。西元1998年 Stephan von Neipperg 擔任波爾多列級酒莊聯合會副主席，致力推廣Saint-Emilion 的葡萄酒。Clos de l’Oratoire 葡萄園位於聖愛美倫地區的東北部坡地上，覆蓋於表土的是 Fronsac 砂岩(軟質石灰岩)，下層為沙質和黏土質地基。分別種植著 Merlot （90%）、Cabernet Franc（5%）和 Cabernet Sauvignon（5%），這裡的土質十分適合葡萄生長。色澤偏深，Merlot 賦予葡萄酒圓潤豐腴的口感，而 Cabernet Franc 賦予其力度、複雜的香氣和綿長的尾韻!

Clos de L’Oratoire 2015【Robert Parker Tasting Notes】: The 2015 Clos de la L’Oratoire is a blend of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc picked between 25-30 September at 45 hl/ha. Matured in 40% new oak, it has perhaps the most reticent bouquet at the moment, yet there is very pure dark cherry and blackberry fruit here, very “cool” aromatically and with several swirls of the glass it begins to find its voice. The palate is medium-bodied with fine grain tannin. There is good density here, very well balanced, very precise with perhaps the best tension on the finish that I have discerned in this particular Saint Emilion(這充滿著緊實高密度，完美的平衡度且非常明確複雜香氣及綿延餘味，這是我在Saint Emilion中看到最特別獨特)，This comes highly recommended (這是我高度強烈建議).
【Antonio Galloni Vinous Tasting Notes】: The 2015 Clos de l’Oratoire is absolutely fabulous (2015 Clos de l’Oratoire 非常棒!. All of the elements meld together in a rich 所有具備好酒的元素都在其中)，sumptuous wine endowed with serious depth and intensity. Time in the glass seems to bring out a good bit of aromatic nuance. 【James Suckling Tasting Notes】: Aromas of bark, blackberries, currants and basil leaf, not to mention lavender and sage. Full body， integrated tannins and a long and flavorful finish. Layered and beautiful.
