Domaine de l’Arlot 追朔到古老文獻記載著1872年，勃根地釀酒老一輩 Jean-Charles Vienot 在 Nuits-Saint-Georges 村最早創立擁有者，酒莊同樣地不免面臨經過易主轉賣過程，經過一個世紀後，目前為法國金融保險集團AXA持有，AXA集團在名人Christian Seely 管理下，AXA擁有精品酒莊各個表現相當出色，像是波爾多二級酒莊Ch. Pichon Baron，索甸的Ch. Suduiraut，還有最負盛名的葡萄牙波特酒莊Quinta do Noval，這些都是AXA集團相當自以為傲精品酒莊。Domaine de L’Arlot 更是不例外，在1987年找來了Domaine Dujac 釀酒師 Jean Pierre de Smet 合股兼合作，酒風深受Domaine Dujac影響。近年在Jacques Devauges 與 Géraldine Godot 領軍下，酒質風格以純淨優雅著稱，與大部分的Nuits St. Georges 差異極大，主要是因為Domaine de l’Arlot 位在 Nuits St. Georges 南邊的 Premeaux村，酒風多變，釀酒師主導風格之外，再加上Domaine de L’Arlot 本身擁有唯一 Clos Des Forets St. Georges 與 Clos De L’Arlot 兩塊一級園（獨占園），Domaine de L’Arlot 把它們釀的極為精巧，精實!。 尊重自然並傳達風土（Terroir）的真實面貌，秉持純真自然乾淨的釀酒信念。從2000年後開始，酒莊進行採用有機耕作，2003年轉向自然動力栽種，終於在2014年獲得有機認證（AB，Agriculture Biologique）。藉由學習根植自然韻律的古老方法，改變對葡萄藤生長的認知，揚棄化學肥料與合成產品，讓「生命重新開始運行」（la vie peut se remettre en marche）。
友善環境的核心理念生產的果實，自然能「表達真實的風土」（exprimer la vérité des terroirs）。人為干預在酒液釀造的過程中，盡可能達到最低，並只選擇最適當的時機點介入。葡萄在田園中成串手工採收，並在釀酒廠進行第二次揀選，確保留下最優異的果實。依循感覺，讓發酵自然起始；若年份容許，紅酒採部分成串釀造，以增加酒液的優雅質地。淋汁頻率盡可能降到最低，並以手工壓皮。 發酵結束的紅酒會被倒入法國橡木桶培養，為了保有酒液根生的滋味，橡木桶僅受最輕微的烘烤，並根據季節運行的節奏，自然引發乳酸發酵。在緩慢的熟成培養過程中，絲毫細節都受到偵測與檢視，經常性的品飲至關緊要，以決定裝瓶最好的時機間點。

Robert Parker Tasting Notes: The most structured and muscular of Domaine de l’Arlot’s premiers crus the 2019 Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Clos des Forêts St Georges (這是Domaine de l’Arlot’最有層次感和酒體複雜度最強的一級酒莊, wafts from the glass with aromas of cassis, plums, dark berries, raw cocoa and sweet soil tones. Medium to full-bodied, deep and concentrated, with lively acids, powdery tannins and a youthfully chalky finish, this is an elegantly muscular wine built to age. (這是一瓶相當優雅且有力道的頂級酒)
Vinous Tasting Notes: The 2019 Nuits Saint-Georges Clos des Forêts Saint Georges 1er Cru comprises 30% whole bunch and 35% new oak. It has the best bouquet from the domaine this year, delivering gorgeous red fruits laced with violet that burst from the glass, quite Vosne-like in style. The palate is succulent but structured on the entry, presenting a perfect line of acidity, while beautifully integrated oak lends a seamless texture. Very persistent and satiny on the finish. An outstanding wine for the vintage.
