西元1943年 Scavino 家族將祖產葡萄園地塊一分為二,其中一個就是鼎鼎大名的 Paoolo Savino 酒莊, 另外一個就是完售的”AZELIA酒莊”, Scavino 家族四代以來一直注重生​​產由當地葡萄品種釀造的高品質葡萄酒。如今酒莊由 Enrico Scavino 和他女兒Enrica 和 Elisa 一起努力共同管理 ,葡萄園面積全部只約23公頃,每塊面積都不大,分別坐落在Barolo不同區塊,且風土條件非常出色。主要以Nebbiolo、Barber 和 Dolcetto,堅信釀酒的核心理念認為從葡萄的種植和栽培,要比葡萄的釀造過程更重要,因為只有最好的葡萄才能釀造頂級高級葡萄酒,對於葡萄園的照顧不勝遺力,在有機自然重力法下,讓土壤和自然環境下融合!

1Antonio Galloni : The 2011 Barolo Cannubi stands out for its nuance and amplitude, both signatures that separate it from many of the other wines in this range. There is a real sense of pedigree here, but it is hard to describe with mere words, as is often the case with Grand Cru Burgundy. Beautifully resonant and expressive, the Cannubi is shaping up to be a real gem. Scavino rents a small parcel in the heart of Cannubi that may very well be one of the best sites in the family’s range. A bottle of the inaugural 1985 was magic.”

Wine Spectator Tasting Note : Bright and fresh, with ample cherry and strawberry flavors for sweetness on the palate. Rose, tea and iron accents enter the mix, concluding with firm grip. Elegant and intense. Best from 2018 through 2032. 500 cases made.(年產量3000瓶)
