西元1943年 Scavino 家族將祖產葡萄園地塊一分為二,其中一個就是鼎鼎大名的 Paoolo Savino 酒莊, 另外一個就是完售的”AZELIA酒莊”, Scavino 家族四代以來一直注重生產由當地葡萄品種釀造的高品質葡萄酒。如今酒莊由 Enrico Scavino 和他女兒Enrica 和 Elisa 一起努力共同管理 ,葡萄園面積全部只約23公頃，每塊面積都不大，分別坐落在Barolo不同區塊,且風土條件非常出色。主要以Nebbiolo、Barber 和Dolcetto,她們堅信釀酒的核心理念認為從葡萄的種植和栽培,要比葡萄的釀造過程更重要，因為只有最好的葡萄才能釀造頂級高級葡萄酒，對於葡萄園的照顧不勝遺力,在有機自然重力法下,讓土壤和自然環境下融合!
Rocche 無疑是Barolo所有單一園中的王者！這款頂級名廠的珍藏級酒款無愧為皇冠上的明珠。這塊 Rocche dell’Annunziata 葡萄園 是1990 年從最著名 的La Morra 村特級園區取得。葡萄園高度達海拔385m,面朝東南部，土壤以深厚的沙石和鈣質石灰為主，下層以淺黃色砂礫為主。出品的葡萄酒以精細優雅型為特徵，整體平衡感非常好，質地柔軟，香氣豐富有層次多以玫瑰花瓣，紫羅蘭，丁香花，甜櫻桃，薄荷醇，礦物質等為主要香型特徵，陳年潛力強大!

Wine Spectator Tasting Note : Marked by beautiful fruit and alluring aromas of black cherry, black currant, violet, spice, tar and tobacco, this holds plenty in reserve. The tannins are dense and assertive, though the lasting impression is one of sweet fruit and elegance. Fine length. Best from 2017 through 2033. 248 cases made. (年產量1488瓶)

Wine Spectator Tasting Note : The nose is pure, freshly crushed berries and cherries with lilacs. Full-bodied and very, very concentrated, with big, ripe, powerful tannins, but it’s all in harmony and length. Layers of fabulous fruit. It’s just a baby.
